Ronald K. Bohlin

Ronald K. (Ron) Bohlin, President and Chief Executive Officer of Knowledge Impact, has an extensive background in executive management and the learning industry, most recently as Partner at Heidrick & Struggles and as co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Nextera Enterprises. Ron's 30 years of experience also includes the positions of Senior Vice President at Renaissance Solutions, Inc., Vice President, Worldwide, Strategic Services and Learning Services at Digital Equipment Corporation, and as a Partner with McKinsey & Company.

Ron has also served on the board of directors of Nextera Enterprises and Boston Projects, and is a Research Fellow associated with the Systems Research Center at Boston University.

Bill Conrad

Bill Conrad, Manager and Director of Baldwin & Clarke Corporate Finance, represents and advises top management, shareholders and boards of directors on corporate development and strategic planning for maximizing shareholder value. Prior to joining Baldwin & Clarke Corporate Finance, Inc., Bill operated a per diem Chief Financial Officer for two years. Prior to Baldwin & Clarke Corporation, Bill served nine years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Courville Companies, a long-term care company.

Bill has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1985. He holds an M.S. in Finance from Bentley College and a B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University.

Active in business and community affairs, Bill is Treasurer of Child and Family Services of New Hampshire, Treasurer of the Palace Theatre Trust, serves on the Advisory Council at the Currier Gallery of Art, serves on the Campaign Cabinet of the United Way of Greater Manchester, and is a member of New Hampshire Society of CPAs and American Institute of CPAs.

Michael R. Farley

Michael R. Farley has been involved in the telecommunications industry for over thirteen years and is currently President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Digital Fuel, Inc. Digital Fuel, a public company, is involved in the business of providing financing and strategic business plans for small- to medium-sized companies involved in the Internet. Michael was instrumental in developing a strategic business plan for Deskgate Technologies, and raising $1.5 million of equity for the company.

From 1995 to 1998, Michael was a Director, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Celutel, Inc., a corporation specializing in the development of cellular telephone systems throughout the United States. From 1988 to 1994, he was a member of the Board of Directors of Mid-Atlantic Paging Company, Inc. and Managing General Partner of the Richmond/Tidewater system that eventually became Metrocall, Inc.

Michael also served as Director of Advance for the Office of Vice President George Bush at the White House, where he directed logistical planning of the Vice President's domestic and international travel.

R. Fred Hammett
Fred Hammett has 33 years experience in the Electronics and Computer Systems industry. He has held management and executive management positions in both sales and marketing with Westinghouse Electric Corp., Fairchild Semiconductor and Pioneer Technologies Group. Living in Venice Florida, Mr. Hammett is South County YMCA Board Chair, Venice Area Beautification, Inc. Board Member and Vice President, a member of the Venice City Planning Commission and of the Venice City Code Enforcement Board.

Brian J. Hays
Brian Hays is CEO and Chairman of the Board for SiteScape Inc. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) and Deputy Group Manager for the Technology Analysis and Applications Group, a business unit producing $80 million in annual revenues in state and local IT software development, maintenance and network projects.

Hays was also Manager of the SAIC's HUBS Division. HUBS, which focuses on Hospitals, Universities, Businesses, and Schools in the four states of Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland, is dedicated to the development of advanced technology applications, designed to stimulate economic development in the region. Hays was a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps, received his J.D. from the University of Michigan, and his BA from Princeton. Hays also serves on the Board of CosmoCom Inc.

Dina M. Routhier

Dina Routhier joined Massachusetts Technology Development Corporation (MTDC) in 1999 and has been responsible for making early-stage equity investments at this venture capital firm ever since. Ms. Routhier manages an existing portfolio of nine companies - serving as a Director of four of those companies and an Observer/Advisor of the other five. Prior to joining MTDC, Ms. Routhier managed a $400 million portfolio of loan commitments at Fleet National Bank. As a member of Fleet's High Technology Division, she prospected, structured and originated new debt facilities to start-up and established companies operating with the technology and biotechnology industries. Prior to Fleet National Bank Ms Routhier worked at JP Morgan & Co., Inc. in New York City.
