Personal Information
In general, you can visit the SiteScape Web site without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. However, there are times when some information is needed, but you will have full control over providing that information.
Our site's product download form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and e-mail address). We use customer contact information from the download registration form to send customers registration keys and/or assist in product support situations. Our site also offers an order form that allows customers to request information, products, and services. The customer's contact information may also be used to contact the customer about new products or services. This is not a frequent event. General contact information is stored in files with security controls limiting full access to SiteScape employees. Financial information such as credit card numbers used to order products is never stored on this site in a readable form (e.g., such information is always stored under strong encryption). When dealing with financial information, we use an SSL Web server during the transaction to protect the data while it is being transmitted over the Internet.
Choice/Opt-Out
Users who wish to remove their information from our database so as not to receive future communications can send e-mail to the Webmaster.
